Passcomm XCNR1 with BUDI

The XCNR1 with BUDI-M is a copper and fibre combined cabinet. The copper connections can be accessed from one door and the marine-ply mounted BUDI-M can be accessed, spliced and jointed from the opposite side.

The BUDI-M provides capacity for up to 144 splices (single element) and provides space for a looped cable.

This configuration can also utilise the Network Rail PADS accepted Hydra Assembly which
presents 4F / 8F / 12F on SC/APC pigtails to be connectorised into the BUDI adapter pack. This provides plug and play connectivity at the BUDI and makes installation quicker and easier, reducing time required trackside.
